First apartment essentials - Bedroom

Updated: May 27, 2020

There isn't quite a better feeling than getting your first apartment. It's super exciting! Obviously moving means having to get new home items and that could be overwhelming looking for those pieces and it could be expensive. Today,  I decided to focus on one room and do a bedroom essential list of items. I do want to point out that my first two items on my list are a bed and mattress these items are necessities and it's important to spend the most time researching these. I recommended investing the most in these items because you'll spend a good amount of time in bed and you should be comfortable, you deserve it! Then after that, happy shopping for the rest! Other items I posted are blackout curtains, to avoid the bright sun pouring into the window while you're trying to sleep, these could be really beneficial. A set of table lamps to use for extra lighting. Bed, Bath & Beyond has a variety of comforters and bedding to choose from, you should choose the one that best suits you and your comfort level. Lastly, I found some nightstands, a chest, and a hamper for clothing. Take a look and let me know what you think!
